A cloacal anomaly refers to the collection of defects that occur during fetal development, where intestinal, urinary and reproductive tracts open into a common cavity. It is imperative address this condition since despite its fairly low incidence limited data, it has very high impact on patient's quality life, therefore mandates further study effectively manage these patients. This regarding 13-year-old girl diagnosed have birth presenting with cyclical abdominal pelvic pain for 6 months. She had undergone multiple corrective surgeries birth, leading colostomy Mitrofanoff channel bowel bladder control, respectively. Diagnostic imaging revealed bilateral haematosalpinx which ultrasound guided aspiration followed by subcutaneous administration GnRH analogues was given as temporary mode relief eventually recurred within 4 Following an extensive Multidisciplinary discussion, team proceeded crucial decision hysterectomy salpingectomy.
